Do you have Dreams ... or Realities?

Hello beautiful souls, another pop up illumination here to fill your online feeds ♥️

Someone asked me today: "what's your dream vacation"? And plop!!! It helped me wonder and realize something that has puzzled my mind & ego for not having the understanding.... I have felt I had no goals!!!!

Yes!!!!!... for a couple of years now I've been hard on myself for that and luckily today I got an "aha moment" to help ease the burden (or maybe just a way to tone down the anxiety 😋).

I.don't.have.Goals... i have REALITIES! 90% of my actions and experiences are Realities I let for and create so never thought of them as Goals since it wasn't hard to do. And I now make the conscious decision to make Reality that 10% left.

See!; Goals entitle a "lengthy" and cautious process of planning and preparation, a mindset of "working hard" for that outcome but what if your every day is a Goal you reach with ease, that you know well-done not perfect it will be done and become true.

And a Reality, it just IS! our mind doesn't have to think hard, get anxiety because we didn't achieve part of my goals this day, my steps, my sales... instead it is a flow of actions in time as a result from my thoughts. My reality here and now is I am alive and I am healthy...and I want to continue that Reality for another 45 years... doesn't it sound easy???!!!

So, how about then, we change the narrative to attain our REALITIES? I feel that this Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) trick will better set us up for success because it has an intrinsic meaning of "Already DONE" cuz it is a Reality and no matter what, IT IS happening.

Don't you even feel lighter when thinking or saying "I Am CREATING REALITIES" than "I am Setting Goals"??
