Let's set our intention after waking up with SPRING... move what stayed over the winter and be ready for a new you!!!


A deep, transformative & whole-istic event delivered on-line and in-person


Back in 2010 I created a workshop called "I... for self"...and after this many years of learnings, this workshop has been revamped with very cool stuff...and my favorite DANCING Belly Dance!!!


WHO IS THIS FOR: Anyone 12yo and over (modifications are provided on the physical portion)


WHAT YOU WILL GET:

Workshop delivered in 2 modalities that are complementary not optional: In over 8 hours(1hr pre workshop in your own time, 2 master classes online) of self love and dedication, we'll tackle body, mind, soul and spirit with fun, movement and inspiring moments.
